Overview
Christians at the Edmonton Church of Christ believe in the God of the Bible. The Bible, the inspired word of God (2 Timothy 3:16-17), is our only guide in what is taught and practiced (John 12:48). The Church of Christ in the 21st century is not a denomination, but a direct continuation of the Lord's church established in the 1st century on the Day of Pentecost (Acts 2:41,47). Just as people in the first century became Christians upon obeying the Gospel of Jesus Christ, we at Edmonton are Christians only by obedience to the same gospel. The congregation is Committed to the work of evangelism, benevolence, overseas outreach, bus ministry and a variety of other programmes. Mark Joseph leads the congregation and is assisted by faithful men.

The congregation is actively involved as co-sponsor of the London Annual Lectureship, we also ship items to overseas congregations that need assistance, last year we shipped clothing and other items to the brethren in Africa, this year we are reaching out to brethren in South America. The ladies also have a robust programme in place to stimulate fellowship and Christian growth. We pray the Holy Spirit will continue to quicken our hearts and our efforts.
